1. Great e-learning conference resource: https://bit.ly/2TLVSa2
2. Share your learning resources here: https://bit.ly/2wQjS2J
3. Call for e-learning webinar presenters! - HS, Middle, Elementary to share best practices for e-learning to go live next week during the day. Email webinar@ilaea.org if you're interested in presenting.

From Kerry Parrish @KerryParrishArt

As I think about getting ready to tackle E-learning - here are a few things that I am thinking about.
  1. Everyone online is willing to collaborate - make sure that it fits with what you are doing
  2. Students need consistency, from how you are laying out your lessons, to your weekly plan
  3. Be personable - Make a video and show your space and your face. They will miss the safe spaces you all provide.
  4. Make the work relevant - I plan on incorporating their experience of this situation, into my projects.
  5. Remind your students that would stop in that they can still stop in virtually.
  6. Be reasonable for yourself and your students - It might help by providing the amount of time the activity should take - this helps both types of achievers.
