Thursday: Continue editing portraits, get printed and mounted for Critique next class (Monday, November 11th). Make sure all wiki research related to the portrait unit is complete as this will be on the rubric you complete. Continue the wiki research for the next unit. Cyanotype is on the back burner until we get the new lightbulbs so just hold on with these. When the new lights come we'll continue. November 11-15Monday: Critique of Portrait projects. Two best portraits should be mounted. Complete grade rubric. If time is left continue with cyanotype prints due next Tuesday for critique.
Wednesday: Presentation about Portrait of A Place- Various Techniques and Ideas. Continue Wiki Research from the following two links. READ CAREFULLY AND LOOK AT ALL LINKS Do this first: Portrait of A Place Research Post here after you've read the above link thoroughly. Continue printing and prepping Cyanotypes for Critique next Tuesday. Should be mounted on White board, make sure to hand in negative and print with grade sheet. Friday: Continue prepping Cyanotypes for critique on Tuesday next week.
November 18-26Tuesday 19th: Finish Cyanotypes for Critique on Thursday; continue wiki research on Portrait of a Place; demonstration of various techniques for Pof P
Thursday 21st: Cyanotype critique, complete grade rubric and hang work in Art Room 114 for critique. Monday 25th: Continue with plans for Portrait of A Place,Bridge check will be Monday after Thanksgiving Break. Make sure you've organized and gathered 36 or more images to use for the project. Proposal of your idea is also due on Monday after Thanksgiving. See notes on Unit Description. |
